There is nothing more important for us than maintaining a good relationship with our customers. This is only possible if we have a high level customer satisfaction. It is for this reason that if you are not satisfied with our product, you can send it back to us within 30 days of purchase and get your store credit or a full refund (minus the shipping cost!).
For returns you can either give us a call or send us an email regarding the matter. Please know that the item must be sent back to us without any damage or defect, as in it must be in the same condition you received it. The packing slip, packaging material and the original carton with which it was shipped must remain intact. If you ordered any products like air/water filters, mattresses, shower filters or consumable items, they will not be returned unless they have a defect. Same goes for any item that has been washed, soiled or used. If the returned item does not meet the conditions presented above, we have the right to refuse the return.
For items that are made to order, we charge a restocking fee of 25% upon order cancellation or return. Please know that returning an order is your responsibility and you will bear the shipping cost. In order to make sure that the return is carried out successfully, you should get a shipping insurance and delivery confirmation from the shipper.
